We had edamame and gyozas as appetizers that were really good, and udon noodles next that are made vegan, even without egg, unless you choose specifically to ingredients that are made with another noodle dish. Regarding sushi, the options were limited: Avocado and Gurken-Maki reels are available, but we tried an avocado and Seaweed-Clifornia reel type that was very good. You also have a vegan ramen that we didn't try.
