What Parlade Ma C likes about Cecil's Cafe:
The food at this restaurant is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. I tried the fresh lumpia, arroz caldo with tokwa't baboy, pancit canton with pork, and ginataang halohalo, and all of them were delicious. I will definitely return in the future. View all feedback.
