Very friendly small scale restaurant As you walk along the road, the smell of the barbecue literally entices you in. From when you first sit down the friendly host and owner and his lovely wife will show you the warmth and friendliness of someone you have known for years. They can do this because there are only a handful of tables. If you come here you are coming for good simple mostly barbecued food and an excellent experience you will remember for years to come. As the name would suggest, a choice of three fish or catch of the day will be cooked for you. Ribs, steak, lamb chops will also be cooked on the old barbecue near where you sit outside alongside the baked potatoes. Here 's a gotcha for the English; when the host who is Swiss asks what potato you would roasted or baked, she is actually saying rosti . Doesn 't matter in any case as the rostis are great. Take cash as cards are not accepted here, in the owners own words not much has changed in the last 32 years apart from maybe the table cloths. For the experience and quality and value for money this is a four star. Don 't come here expecting variety, only have credit cards or are too demanding. You will not get a four star experience
Familiär, die Chefin steht am Grill und unterhält sich gerne mit den Gästen. Meine Favoriten: Schweinefilet, Rindsfilet, Miesmuscheln. Geheimtipp (auf Vorbestellung) Paella. Reservation: an der weissen Tafel beim Eingang.
Tolles rustikales Lokal mit einfachen aber leckeren Gerichten Chefin Elke steht am Grill, die Spanierin Carmen in der Küche. Sehr empfehlenswert ist auch der Bacalao (Kabeljau) von Carmen in Paprikasud. Wir gehen immer wieder gern hin und fühlen uns wohl!
