This restaurant in Zamalek is a hidden gem. The food is delicious and tastes like home-cooked meals prepared with Italian passion. It may be small, but the cozy and romantic atmosphere makes it perfect for casual dates. However, it is not suitable for families or children due to the limited space and intimate vibes of the establishment. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Didos Al Dente:
The pizza is different from the Italian one. The dough is hard not soft. The smell of the flour is different. The size of the pizza is smaller than the Italian. The resturant is classic and cozy. The staff is lovely and friendly. View all feedback.

Premier quality, professional cook, a little expensive, but really worth going. my only weight is the lack of non-smoking dining areas.
Food is simple and very good! Only missing alcohol card payments

My dining party each ordered a different dish to sample the variety at this famous restaurant. The pasta Allarrabbiata was delicious and had a unique tomato sauce, which was a standout dish. The pizza we ordered, half pepperoni and half Quattro formaggio, had a thin crust and perfect flavors. However, when I ordered the fresh homemade Ravioli with ricotta cheese and Spanish with white creamy sauce, there were some issues. It took a long time for the dish to be served, and when it finally arrived, it was the wrong order with tomato sauce and minced meat. After correcting the mistake, the Ravioli was disappointing with a horrible white creamy sauce that tasted like Maggi seasoning cubes. I couldn't eat it and had to send it back. Despite trying to charge me for the dish, I only paid for what my party actually ate - the pizza and the Allarrabbiata. If you have a similar experience with a dish you don't enjoy, make sure to speak up and not let them charge you for it.
