Delicious Egyptian breakfast of falafel, foul (beans)
Street foul(food at its best. Amm Mohamed cart sells some of the best traditional typical Egyptian breakfast. It is an essential stop whenever I'm in Downtown before 2:00 PM(when he runs out of food! . The guy is seriously phenomenal. And the prices are really cheap. Such a hidden gem!

This cart is located in the corner of a residential neighborhood and run by a family. Very friendly people and the food is wonderful. The falafels are the highlight—airy and crispy.
Believe me, Amm Mohamed is the best Foool car I've ever tried all over Cairo, this is definitely one of the hidden gems of Cairo.
