He kept interrupting me while I was trying to place... read more If I could, I would give this restaurant zero stars. The person who answered the phone was incredibly rude! He kept interrupting me while I was trying to place my order, and I was only going slowly because it was my first time ordering. I asked for a few items, and right from the start, he had an attitude. When I ordered a combo with a Dr Pepper, he raised his voice and insisted that I list my order separately, questioning what was wrong with me. I apologized, but he continued to be unprofessional, so I ended the call. I will never order from this place again. If they can't provide good customer service, they won't attract customers or succeed in business. I've never encountered someone so rude before.

The health rating displayed outside is a solid 99.... read more I noticed that there aren’t many reviews on Yelp for restaurants in Cairo, so I thought I’d help change that. The health rating displayed outside is a solid 99. The staff is very friendly and seems to know many of the regular customers, which speaks volumes about the place. Their prices are quite reasonable for both lunch and dinner, and the service is efficient. I walked in and placed my order at the counter while there were four other customers already there, and they had my food ready in just 11 minutes. Overall, this place is pretty good. The vegetables were fresh and the meal was flavorful, though it wasn’t the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely give it another try.

They are incredibly fast, and my order is always hot and ready by the time I arrive to pick it up!
