Little Caesars Pizza - Cairo

Customer service wasn’t the greatest at all. The place actually looks run down behind the counter. Not too many customers are flocking to this establishment, it probably won’t be in business much longer.

Ordered pizza and crazy bread online and the food was done in a decent time frame. Went in to get it and the guy said they were out of stuffed crust so they just put cheese on the crust which hardened and over cooked. I was not given a refund for the difference in price or offered anything else to make up for the inconvenience. The other guy was standing in the back on his phone. The pizza was beyond a thin crust and hardly any pepperoni on it. The bread sticks were way over cooked to the point they were crispy and brown with almost no Parmesan cheese on them. My son had the marinara sauce with his and was up all night in the bathroom throwing up and messing himself.Needless to say we will be avoiding this store and go else where. I hate this because Little Caesars used to be the Best!!!

How embarrassing for these young folks working and making people wait to long for their pizza to get done more than ten, twenty minutes longer. It's usually one worker working alone or less. No wonder these ratings are low and terrible. Poor service I can tell you.

Lousy Customer service! Cold pizza! Saw it sitting on the counter behind the warmers and then they claim they were in the warmer...NOT! Then the guy that took our order never changed his gloves, took someone's pizza out of the oven and turned and looked at me and started scratching his private area. Also order crazy bread and marinara sauce. The crazy bread turned out to be crazy nuggets of different shapes and sizes and the marinara sauce tasted spoiled. They were dancing and doing pirouettes. Pizza place not bapirouette. If I could give it a -0 I would!
