So many tasty options and large portion sizes! Salads have always been great but they have recently added smoothie bowls and buddha bowls. I have been dieing for a buddha bowl since being in Bali - longevity is the only place I have found in Cairns that make them. The bowls are a rainbow of savory goodness and super filling. Keep doing what you're doing :)

The salads were amazing and very tasty and healthy too. Even my boys tried some of my salads and they loved it and it is now our family favorite hang out eating place at Central Mall. With awesome salads, tasty healthy treats , yummy juice and decent coffee you really can't go wrong.Add friendly, and fast service and this place is definitely a winner!

Well I found it!... read more When I was in California last year I went crazy over the healthy food, especially the salads, and was thinking we need more of that in Cairns. Well I found it! Longevity is a great health food restaurant in Cairns Central that has amazing salads. I paid around $9.95 for three salads (can pick) and they were amazing. I also ordered an iced coffee frappe. I stood there and watched them make it, and it is made with real coffee, not a mix. It was also delicious, probably the best real iced coffee frappee that I have had in Cairns. On top of it, the customer service was friendly, which is a real bonus as often customer service is lacking in Cairns. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for healthy and delicious food. I think it was also reasonably priced, and you can get something very healthy for the same price as other fast foods.
