This restaurant offers high-quality, fresh food with generous portion sizes. There are numerous vegetarian options available; however, it's essential to confirm which broth is used for cooking to ensure it's suitable. The service is excellent and very friendly—thank you, Miria! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Ramen Street Cairns Central Shopping Centre:
I went to buy some food from the store, but there was no price tag or sign for the homemade steam rolls, which left me a bit confused about the cost. It would be helpful if prices were clearly displayed, especially during busy times. As for the customer service, it was quite disappointing; it felt almost like I wanted to cry because the staff didn’t seem willing to engage in conversation. I dined in for lunch, and th... We were excited to try the tsukemen here as you don't see many Japanese restaurants offering this dish. The girl who served us was polite and very friendly. The food came soon after and the portion was quite generous. Everything so far was really good until we ate the food. The broth literally had no flavour. I would have been better off to eat the noodles with soy sauce only, at least that would be more flavourful that what we ordered here. I've had tsukemen now at a total of 5 restaurants (3 placed in Sydney and one place in japan) and this is by far the worst of them all. Not authentic, the soup was watery and not thick like it is supposed to be. Hopefully their other dishes are better as you can't get any worse than the tsukemen here. If your ever in tokyo, more specifically around the ginza area, i suggest you try the tsukemen restaurant where is left a review in may 2023. That place is where you can get real authentic tsukemen
