absolutely amazing resort. clean room, good eating, amazing service! carlos at the poolbar made our whole week so amazing. we spent the whole week with him at the pool. he was funny, fast service, had our drinks ready before we even went to ask. he has private lunches for us in the pool. he really made us feel like the most important guests in the resort. we're 100% back, just for carlos.
