We popped by Masseria Piccirillo on our trip to Caiazzo. We arrived on a Monday and so the restuarant wasn't open. However, Claudia (the owner and chef) welcomed us with open arms and gave us a tour of the vineyard and winery. She then gave us some delicious wine and antipasti. Needless to say, we left with a bottle of wine to drink later that evening. Such a lovely place with such kind and freindly owners! View all feedback.
A beautiful setting and a wonderful, relaxing lunch. The staff were friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. The food and wine were delicious and we were made to feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend.

L'accoglienza calorosa dei proprietari del vigneto e dell'agriturismo è fantastica, sembra di trovare vecchi amici. Molto bello lo spazio esterno con divanetti nel giardino, tanti ulivi, fiori, e recinti con caprette, conigli, galline che sono sempre una grande attrattiva per i bambini. Ci sono anche due altalene e due corde per arrampicarsi. Il pranzo è a base di prodotti del loro orto formaggi e carni che la cuoca cerca nelle masserie della zona. Molto abbondanti e appetitosi gli antipasti basterebbero quelli a riempire, segue un primo di pasta fatta in casa e un secondo di maialino tenerissimo, frutta e dolce. Traspare in ogni gesto la cura del cliente e l'amore per il proprio lavoro e la propria terra. Abbiamo avuto modo di ascoltare il proprietario parlare del lavoro in vigna e di visitare la cantina con assaggio di mosto appena fatto. Ottimo il vino Pallagrello di loro produzione, sono unici in zona a produrre uno spumante il Prima gioia di pallagrello. Consigliato per passare una giornata nel verde e rilassarsi
