We were passing through your city for the first time and decided to have a bite to eat, and your eatery happened to be on our way. We went in, ordered, paid, then I asked where the toilet was, they said there wasn’t one. How so? Are you an establishment that provides catering services, but there is no toilet? They asked to call the administrator. While I had a snack, about 20 minutes passed, no one came up, I went up to the girl at the checkout, again asked to call the administrator, a woman came up, did not introduce herself, said that she was an employee of this establishment, there was no administrator or director, there was no connection with them either. They refused to give the establishment's address and legal name. The operator who was fixing the computer, apparently a big man in your establishment, pompous, sent me across the road to the toilet, to another cafe? Is this the norm for you? I spend money in your establishment, but go to the toilet across the street. It's just wild. I will basically write complaints about you everywhere, and for your attitude towards customers. The only one who apologized for this situation at the end was the cashier who worked for the first day.
