Fue una grata sorpresa descubrir este hotel en La Paz! Fuimos por una noche y acabamos extendiendo a 5 noches! Las habitaciones podrían renovarse pero teníamos todo lo que necesitamos! Beach club, playa y piscina de 10. Y campamento para niños organizado por Moms Sons de lunes a viernes! No pudimos pedir más! Ganas de volver de nuevo! Rooms: 4

Nada que ver las fotos en línea que la realidad. La alberca súper sucia, los cuartos con decoración vieja y los techos diaparejos y feos. Las regaderas sucias. Un olor espantoso en el último piso donde al parecer tienen las peores habitaciones Llegamos y nos cambiaron 4 veces de habitación. Perdimos más de 2 horas y al pedir compensación nos ofrecieron las bebidas de 1 desayuno. Una total burla. La atención de la gerente Norma pésima. Haciendo esperar a la gente mientras ve el celular. No vuelvo a ese lugar. Rooms: Viejas, eviten el último piso que huele horrendo.

Disappointing, it is a hotel that is not worth cost vs quality, small rooms, small TV with very poor signal quality, no 24-hour food service, a mini beach , and it turns out that there is no one to serve you after 11 at night, for the same reason there is no telephone in the room, obviously hotel transportation is more expensive than requesting a flatbed vehicle. It is about 10 minutes by car from the center, obviously for the cost there are better hotels.

I stayed 4 nights in a room with a view of the pool, the room has old finishes but it was clean and a detail to improve is that the water from the shower leaks and the bathroom has no ventilation. I had a bad experience in the restaurant/bar service, I ordered a dish that I had ordered the previous nights and on the last day a waiter gave us a different price than the previous days. That detail is a very unpleasant experience, which detracts from the great work that the Restaurant chef who has delicious cuisine. The view is very nice and it is really comfortable to have the beach available, but if they have to improve their customer service, it leaves a lot to be desired. The pool area is nice and clean. Another negative point is that it does not have room service. Their internet is terrible in the room, if you are a freelancer and want to work or want to watch Netflix in your room it will be impossible. Rooms: They are old and could use some improvement. They are clean and the bathrooms have no ventilation.
