The app wouldn't work so I went inside.... They insisted that the indoor kiosk was the only way to order inside. Their kiosk wasn't working right either and didn't print out a receipt like it was supposed to. Then I went to get my soda from their self serve machine. It sprayed everywhere! Well…during breakfast, the food is good. Anytime after breakfast, it’s trash. Fries are inedible rubber strings, burgers that are almost cold. I think it might be a personnel problem….?
Bad enough the quality of the meat is going down, now the size of it is too.
I give 1 star due to rude personal. The younger women have no customer service at all.
Worst place in Cahokia you could possibly go . Order is never correct . They never give your sauces even if you ordered them unless you ask at the window . ice cream machine always down . Attitudes out the booty hole . The list goes on ..
Seems like the restaurant has gotten better with their orders lately.
