Despite being told over the phone that the order would be ready, when I arrived to pick up my pizzas, they hadn’t even been put in the oven yet. Food is always lovely and the place is always clean, the staff are always friendly, but the time management needs some work, really long unnessecery wait for a phone order on my last visits!!

Food is good, but the waiting time is ridiculous. Ordered online, then waited 50 minutes in the takeaway for a fish and chips. While we waited, two orders were returned as the were left short and got the wrong food...
