When I go to the waitress was on the phone, we all know it's filled with bacteria and she didn't have a glove. on all pastries there is one that changes every 3 weeks, I took those that had changed this week and already there was no price, it was the lightning to the chocolates and at the end of my tastings I was swept. The best desserts I've ever eaten, beautifully presented, look like works of art! the best is the nun with caramel and salty butter. The coffee is great too! After shopping, it is essential to stop and take a break, with one of their softness!
Just few footsteps from the Boulevard de la Croisette, there is a small patisserie which serves artistic looking cakes. We had a deep trouble to choose - everyting looked so perfect. And they were also delicious. Put some photoes into the gallery.
We went to taste the pastry of the "champion of the world of pastry" within the small cluster of the polygone riviera. the place is hull: turquoise blue and colorful pineapples on the tables. The pastries are sublime, they make you want. We found them good (fresher and raspberry pie), however it lacked a bit of originality at the level of taste, which is why the next time we will be more adventurers. the sesame around the raspberry pie was a good idea to break this classic dessert. we also took fruit juices as drinks and these were good. The prices are expensive: you have to count 5 euros for a pastry and a little less than 5 euros for a fruit juice. but it's the "high-end" that wants it. Attention to the recruitment of the sellers, the sellers were not very classy in their attitude as in their outfit. I think that in this environment and given the rates, we expect a little more delicacy (not smoking and use your cell phone in front of the customer for example).
This is the first time I write about this place while I go there very often. that to say of the reception, better reception than that, difficult to find. smile, kindness, efficiency. a palette of colors that make you want to taste everything to see devour. jerome de oliveira is pleased and we are pleased, by revising the classics, and it does it wonderfully well. short a place not to miss and especially take its time.
