we had a table at the arrival there at booking was posted online by the resturant the host had not accepted us on the booking sheet, although he ackonwledged that the booking was received. he told us the owner will come to speak for a solution. we waited outside for the owner and spoke with various waiters to see if there is a solution. the owner simply ignored us and refused to speak to us. We had a table at the arrival there at booking was posted online by the resturant the host had not accepted us on the booking sheet, although he ackonwledged that the booking was received. he told us the owner will come to speak for a solution. we waited outside for the owner and spoke with various waiters to see if there is a solution. the owner simply ignored us and refused to speak to us. Finally, one of the waiters told us we didn't have their booking so we had to go. there is no apologetic posture and no solution whatsoever (we have even offered to wait) simply ruined our evening as it was difficult to find another restaurant in ferragosto avoid
