Pan-chic - Cagayan de Oro

We got my aunt's birthday on 31st. October 2017 in PanChic with a lush dinner with the family completed. The food and ambience were excellent except that the place is not so spacious. Other than that, dishes were really good. Their pancite, lumps, chopsuey (mixed vegetables) and fish fillet were excellent tasty and dishes prepared were excellent. That was also the time I know they offer a variety of dishes because all the time, I thought before they could only offer pancite and chicken (as is based on their name). PanChic surpassed my first impression at dinner. A proposal I could offer is that they expand their branches in the Philippines and work to provide a more spacious space for their diners...

Delicious fried chicken! The humba (pork adobo) is also a must. Give this place a 4-star rating in view of my orders a little longer, but nevertheless, this is OKAY!

Remebered having good service and food here when it opened. Last night we ordered Lumpia and Pancit for take out but ended up with Pancit and breaded chicken! Our fault we were in a hurry because it was raining hard and we have to be somewhere that we didn’t check the receipt and the packed food. We were just surprised when we opened the paper bag. The pancit was okay, not something you would crave for, but the chicken was horrible! The breading was too thick you won’t know which part of the chicken you’re eating and the breading was to hard you’re not sure if your biting into bones. Don’t think we’ll come back again till I hear better reviews from friends and family.

Good food but not good in serving customer. we want additional food but they refuse because they are having a break.

Called to pick up an order of one serving of buttered chicken. Arrived 15mins later and paid then was asked to wait for 30mins. Understood since there were a lot of orders but I actually waited a total of 1 hour and 30mins. There were people who came in to dine and even got their orders first. I got complained for the wait time 3 times then they gave me the order without even saying sorry. Been going and ordering from this place and this was the worst. Fail!
