Candy's Cafe is a must visit when in Cagayan de Oro. Not only do they serve delicious food, they also have a wide variety of pastries to choose from.
Great taste food with best dessert in town. I'm definitely dine here again!
The. Best. Pizzas. Ever! ^ ^ Flavorful and tasty, you don't get the usual overload of pizza sauce that's very common in others. The Baltica with salmon is especially delicious! The cakes are a given: reasonably priced and truly delicious.
It'll always be my favorite homegrown restaurant. Try their Spinach Pizza, Chicken Skewers in Pineapple Rice, and Tartufo.
