I travel almost miles for this amazing lunch. Went Sunday for my father in laws birthday and the staff were incredible! Spoke to Jennifer to book us in, after explaining I have a young child, she managed to book us in a child appropriate area, the staff were incredible and helpful, the food, as always was delicious. Was completely new to Toby carvery so had no idea what we did, got a table without instructions or someone came for our order. Where the food was served, old apples, carrots and parrots were dried. It was an extra £2 for a king plate so you could have sausages and they were unpleasant. View all feedback.

I had a great experience at this restaurant! Will, my server, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. I will definitely be returning, largely due to Will's excellent service.
Excellent customer service (jordan served me), was very attentive and made sure I had anything I needed. Put me in a quiet corner as I told him I just to relax. Good food for the price.
I visited this restaurant for the first time today and I have to give credit to a young server named Will. He was excellent and helped us throughout our experience. We had a lovely dinner and thanks again, Will!
Friendly staff and lovely food. We’re frequent visitors and always receive wonderful service, particularly from Jordan, and delicious food.
Poor customer service, food cold and stale. Staff sat down eating their own meals and couldn’t get anyone to serve us. Charged for unlimited drinks then machine wouldn’t work and not refund for the unlimited top ups. Attitude of staff wasn’t the greasiest either.

The food was excellent and reasonably priced, but the tables were too close together and there were small children running around (which was both risky and noisy). Despite this, I will definitely be returning.

Easy access. Such a selection of meat and vegetables and all the different sauces and gravy, could not break it. General serving of meat. My husband is 92 and I'm 84, we sat in a smaller area that had a step down into the seating area. When I wore our food, I had to observe my balance. I'd rather be on the ground floor.
The staff was excellent as always, the appetizers were delicious, and the vegetables in the main dish were perfect. However, the meat was disappointing today, so the overall experience was not as enjoyable as usual.
We have been here before and as always the staff were great , the food was good and a decent selection of vegetables . choice of 4 meat made a pleasant evening meal . we will be going back again
The waiter was friendly, the food was delicious, the meat was outstanding. Additionally, we were able to make a reservation online and didn't have to wait.
2 meats missing told run out but did come out later most of veg bunt or dry, cold Yorkshire piled up on side table then put under heat lamp to warm up not as good as used to be
