I visited yesterday and had an excellent breakfast that was served quickly, hot, and delicious without being heavy. They also offer takeaway, which is a nice option. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place!
Called there on spec, on my way back to Cardiff from Rudry. Brilliant. Have told all my mates about it.

The bestest food this side of the mississipi but some of the staff were grumpy haha only joking cracking food and cracking staff really a cracking...
