I opted for the blue lobster menu at 98 euros and my wife the incognito menu at 68 euros. impeccable service and sommelier made us discover some wines that perfectly match with my dishes. From beginning to end I feel a mastery of cooking and dishes but not a real spark. 220 euros the addition... a little too expensive compared to the very good kitchen, but which seems to me a little overrated. Chief not present during our visit.

Several menus, including an incognito, to be discovered once served, and a vegetarian, for which I chose. The flavors are there, it seems small, but we eat at his hunger. It's refined, well-developed, but I was expecting better. We have taken an incognito menu with 5 dishes: entry (extraordinarily expensive salmon cooked in marinade on a bed of caviar and legumes,) fish dish (bar cooked at low temperature on a soup of small peas,) meat dish (fried veal with a meliorated polenta,) pre dessert and dessert (biscuit with pistachio with red fruit). the cuisine of this restaurant is refined, sought after and original. Even if it can be criticised to put the flavors a little too much on the same tone, the same level in the mouth (a lot of softness), the dishes are a real treat. With simple and sober decoration, welcoming and smiling staff, this restaurant deserves its star. a try with friends, with family or in love, on any occasion!

Not a great experience.
