We did and they were simply delicious ! I was a bit disappointed when I learned that the recipe is originally from Bretagne not Normandy

Retracing my s... read more Our river cruise guide directed us to this wonderful chocolate shop in 2015.Her recommendation of the salted caramels and chocolates was spot-on! Retracing my steps during a recent stop in Honfleur, I found this marvelous spot once again! I purchased an assortment of caramels, by the piece, from the elegant displays, and an assortment of colorful French meringues. You can choose very large meringues-swirled with chocolate- so good, like biting into a sweet and crunchy cloud, or, smaller cookie- sized ones, swirled with bright colors. My infatuation with these French treats actually started at Epcot Center, at the French patisserie. I also found them recently at Carluccio's , a London chain of Italian restaurants and take-away shops.

I followed my steps during a recent stop in honfleur, found this wonderful place again! I have bought a sortiment of caramels, from the piece, from the elegant displays and a sortiment of colorful French medailles. they can choose very large, with chocolate stranded medailles - as good as in a sweet and crispy cloud or, smaller cookie size, swirled with bright colors. my infatuation with these French tasty began in the epcot center, in the French terrace series. I also recently found it at carluccio’s, an iondon chain of Italian restaurants and take-away shops.
