From September 7th to 10th we moved into a room in the Ombrone. We were happy with the stay until the hotel bill was charged twice via Booking com. Apparently the owner only received the money once, although I can prove it with a bank statement. To this day I'm still chasing my €450 and I'm beyond annoyed. We will never enter the hotel again.
