I heard about Anie's from a friend and stopped to buy some fresh bread. Ended up buying three loaves, white and brown bread. Absolutely delicious. Will certainly stop in again when driving throughCache Creek View all feedback.
What Scarlett Cummings doesn't like about Anie's Pizza & Bakery:
We stopped here for breakfast on our way driving from Sun Peaks to Whistler. I like to pick out places that look like they serve locals rather than tourists and very often it works out to be a good choice. This time it was not that great. The coffee was mediocre and the muffins were cold from the fridge. I understand that the pizzas and bread are I’m really good so sorry if I am reviewing on products that are not Ani... Anie's Pizza & Bakery was apparently under some construction when we stopped by. We were traveling through and needed a restroom and dinner break. Unfortunately, there was no public restroom available so we left and ate somewhere else.
Hubby enjoyed the Filipino spaghetti with ribs & I had a BBQ flatbread. The flat bread was a good portion but the presentation could have been better (the plate does not accommodate the serving of flatbread so the slices were stacked on top of each other - yes I know it doesn't affect the taste but I just expected a better presentation.) The kids just snacked from our plates. We took a pie for home and a slice for the ride. The cashier wasn't sure what pie slice it was which was a little surprising since there was only one pie in the display. It's a perfect little stop to enjoy 'home cooked' food. Anie herself brought the spaghetti dish to our table which I thought was very humbling. All in all the food was delicious and we would eat there again (but maybe to go.) And hopefully the toilet will be fixed & there will be paper towel to dry your hands instead of using the toilet paper.
Had the " Anies Pizza " from the menu and it was very good. Lots of stuff on it but no anchovies which is OK. Also picked up a 6 pack of Potato buns to take home and they are well made also. Our server was Connie and she was delightful. Would certainly stop here again.
A nice little place to grab lunch on the go. Homemade sandwiches. It's a nice change from the fast food stops.
A simple little restaurant with very friendly staff who obviously get along well together. The two of us had a medium pizza. The pizza had enough topping and crust that we couldn't eat the whole pizza and had to save some for lunch the next day.The pizza was very good
