Feedback
Lunch at minigrill is wonderful. eating is delicious, prepared by a talented cook so good value for money. for courses carafe weinkaffee. it is located in the heart of the village is shaded by trees sunshades....The staff is helpful attention nothing is too much annoying. I recommend this restaurant when you enjoy good French cuisine.
We visited the mini grill after the recommendation of our family that went there for several years. the muddles were very nice as expected, unfortunately the same could not be said about the brochettes aux gambas et saint jaques. the seafoods were a hundred percent...frozen (which is not a problem in itself, but for euro you could expect more) and to fall into the mouth with a very unpleasant, unfresh taste. the dinge can go wrong in the kitchen, no problem, but the way the service treated the situation was very unprofessional an rude. I told the first waiter polite that we didn't like the spears, but he didn't answer and just went away without saying or doing anything. when he was very young, we thought that he had inexperienced me and when he exchanged with his older colleagues words, we waited for another reaction. Unfortunately nothing came, no simple “we are sad” or something, quite strange. When the check came, I informed the second waiter politely that we didn't like to eat it and that nobody had looked after it. he replied that for the whole year no one had a problem with the garnels, and he would not speak to us, but would get the manager. he was quite rude to be honest, and really gave us the feeling that we were in debt and should go away. then the manager came and asked “well what is then her problem here”. I explained well just to answer that they had tasted the garnels on the left and everything was great and I was the only one who had not found it well for the whole year. I explained that eating wasn't no matter that even the muddles were amazing, but that at least a little excuse would have been nice. I got a very rude apology with the body language to go away (not to mention the freche word), what we did and never I will come back my family. I could add that we have spoken German at our table, as my wife is German, but I speak fluent French and had a French friend with us. with look at the other tables to us, who have a whole other experience and very nice service, they get the impression that they don't care much about foreign tourists. all in all, as gordon ramsey would say: “What a shame!” I would recommend the “Cafe de L’Union” in spéracèdes, where we had an amazing experience.
