Unlike any other Vietnamese res... read more Got recommendation from hubby's friend who is a Vietnamese, she said this place served the best Pho (noodle soup) in Cabbramata. Unlike any other Vietnamese resto this place only serve pho only with varieties of topping, mostly beef and chicken. The four of us were ordered beef combination ($13) it consist of meatball, beef and pork slices, and pork sausage. The soup was very tasty, it's very light but fulfilling.

The broth was nicely flavoured and beef very tender, but it certainly didn't have an "omg I've died and gone to heaven' ess" about it that I had been expecting. The service was very rushed - and half the sauce bottles on my table were taken away to be refilled (at a table with all the other sauce bottles from the restaurant) before I had finished eating. I would have quite liked to keep using those....

Noodles a bit rough in comparison to other places and the rare beef is stuck together in big chunks which is a bit bothersome- I suspect they don't separate it while frozen. Good craving fix!
