Ngọc Ẩn's bánh xèo has the authentic southern flavour. Fresh salads are clean and plentiful, including mustard leaves and tía tô (the two must-have salads or bánh xèo). Great taste, good price. View all feedback.
What Oran Herman doesn't like about Ngoc An Vietnamese Restaurant:
Conveniently close to Cabramatta station. Ordered a 'Beef noodle soup' which costs $12 for the one size bowl. The broth was clean though did not have much flavour or seasoning.
Interior was decent though overall was disappointing. This place may suit the taste buds of others :) View all feedback.
I never really 'got ' Vietnamese pancake until I tried it at Ngoc An, and now I 'm addicted, but only if bought from this restaurant (of the ones I 've tried anyway . Beautifully crispy and imbued with fragrant coconut flavour, plus it 's huge which is almost a pity because it 's so filling. (P.S. the photo is of Ngoc An 's Vietnamese pancake that I brought home as a takeaway; they packed it so well that instead of being all soggy it was still fresh and crispy when I got home an hour later.
Great service. Great varieties of traditional Vietnamese foods. The quality is quite consistent. Atmosphere is calm and warm. Suitable for small family dinner.
I read on the internet that this place is famous for Banh Xeo Vietnamese pancakes so we were excited about trying it out! It's a clean restaurant with friendly staff. The half of the tables were full at 12:30 on Friday so it's not so packed at all. We shared a big Vietnamese pancake $15) which came with heaps of fresh veggies and herbs. I asked them to not to put bean sprout into mine but the bean sprouts were one of the stars of this dish so it's better to keep it of course! The food was freshly cooked and the coconut smell was sweet and nice. It's actually tasty! They have many kinds of noodles as well. It's very close to the train station and easy to find it.
Taste-wise : exotically yummy.<br/ Price-wise : affordable.<br/ Staff treatment : friendly.<br/ <br/ The best Vietnamese restaurant in Cabramatta. The owner and the staff are friendly, the food is delicious, hygienic place, and reasonable price too. Always satisfied after eating there.
Went here today for lunch. I'm happy with friendly staff but I think the food is not well-seasoning. Order 1 bánh xèo (super crispy i love it!) and 1 hủ tiếu xào. The hủ tiếu was not salty enough so we had to add more soy sauce in there. The generous amount of veggie for bánh xèo is ❤️. Cost $31 for 2!
