A nice place! I think the food, especially the bread, gets better. And the prices are still very competitive to other sandwich shops.
I had a strange experience ordering through their app and was over an hour late in picking up my subs. They made fresh subs and were very friendly and understanding. Have went to this Subway several times and always choose this store (even though a closer store is available). Love this Subway.
Went thru the drive thru when I made it home my 6 in pizza sub had 3 thin slices of pepperoni, did not have any cheese let alone what I ordered and so much sauce that the bread was soggy and falling apart by the time I made it the 5 min to my house. Also it was only wrapped in the white paper the sub was prepared on no subway wrapper. This isn’t the first time I’ve had poor service at this Subway but I keep giving them a chance. No more.
I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. They were out of ham, cucumbers, and pepper jack cheese, which wasn't the best way to greet a new customer. I ordered through the Subway app, but I wish I had ordered in person instead. I won't be coming back to this location since it's too far for me to drive back and resolve the issue.
This restaurant is an absolute disaster. From the management to the sandwich maker, everyone displays a shocking level of unprofessionalism. Each time I visit, I hope things have improved, but it only seems to get worse. Nobody answers the phone, there’s rarely anyone in the front lobby, and I’ve had to shout several times to get the attention of staff who are hiding in the back. Even when I try using the drive-thru, there's no response, and after driving around to enter the building, I find workers outside instead of inside.
