Our experience went smo... read more We arrived at the restaurant tonight after taking a couple of buses. The staff catered to our group, who were craving Subway sandwiches. Our experience went smoothly and the staff paid close attention to our orders. We were pleased with the sandwiches and enjoyed them. Kudos to the staff for their service, they deserve a raise!

But what I love even more is how friendly the staff is. But the last two times I have stopped in weren 't the greatest . Gentleman shrugged off the fact that he made my food sloppy. He said it 's kinda sloppy... but.. and then shrugged his shoulders. I had told him it was fine and not to stress it. A couple of days later, I stopped in, and the same gentleman was there. It appeared he was there by himself. Very overwhelmed. Had several online orders backed up with someone already standing in line waiting, and someone there to pick up an order that wasn 't done yet. He needed help, and I don 't think there was any. I felt bad for the kid. I don 't think I 'd have a very good attitude if I were in his position either.
