Last night 1/2/23, my husband and I ordered a five piece chicken dinner through drive thru at 745 pm. 2 of the chicken strips were raw still, luckily they did n... read more Last night 1/2/23, my husband and I ordered a five piece chicken dinner through drive thru at 745 pm. 2 of the chicken strips were raw still, luckily they did not bite into it but only ripped it apart first , all the other stuff in box was fine. I have worked in food service for yrs. And I’m also a customer so I understand both sides and know that “oops” happens specifically when busy but it was not busy at all as we were the only car in drive thru and no other cars but maybe one or two on premises. I don’t like to complain at restaurants to much because I have been on that side but just wanting you to be aware that other customers won’t be as calm or nice about it as I am and specially if it keeps happening. Just giving you a heads up!

The food was hit and fresh and the people I dealt with were polite and helpful.Parking: You order right from your car. This Sonic hadf plenty of parking.
