The team was hard at work tonight. I want to thank the manager for helping me out. There was just a mix up with one of my burgers and he had one remade immediately and made sure it was good to go. What Robert Plas doesn't like about In-n-out Burger:
One star because the price increases now make this a very poor value. Sorry, but soda and potatoes are still cheap as well as your other menu ingredients. But the prices are now too high. Almost $11 for a double burger, fries and soda. That's $4 too much to order at a counter. Chili's burgo combos more food just as good for $10.99. 1 star due to loss of competitive value. Top notch fast food burger in recent memory. specially in california. consistent and tasty.
When we visit Carlsbad each year our first stop is always In N Out! They just opened a Chick Fil A next door which is usually a favorite of ours in Texas but not when we are here. Looks like same for locals, slowest Chick Fil A I have ever witnessed!
The burgers are yummy; I'm pleased with the choice to put a lettuce bun around the patty instead of a bread bun. The fries are the crunchiest I've ever had, though.
Super busy, but I got the order fairly quick. Food was great quality, hot fresh. Everyone was really nice, considering how busy it was.
