Big homie behind the counter was a gentleman and a ice cream king?. He was patient and understanding as I meticulously scoured through several of the 31 flavors to find what my belly had a hankering for.Despite me being, this b , who walked in 8 min before closing(forgive me, I promise I treated the employees with sincere respect and gratitude ? . Both employees treated me no different. Bless ya 'll.Ultimately, I decided to go for a strawberry cheesecake shake(add an extra scoop to make her extra thiccccccc just how we like our shakes, our wallets, and our booties. Amen .Of course, it goes without saying....it was fantastic. Delectable. Gone too soon..? RIP my waistline.To put the cherry on top, the employees went the extra mile and hooked up my #1 good boy, Bubba, with a cup of whipped cream. He was blown away by the kindness ?????(see photos LOL . The cup of whipped cream for my good boy is always the deciding factor in whether or not I come back. Because anyone that doesn 't hook up my dog....I just can 't do business with.Not here, Baskin Robbins Nordahl is A+ grade, 11/10, goes the extra mile for their customers, and most of all ...ice cream aficionados.Thanks for the wonderful experience. I went today with my little sister and after a couple bites of her ice cream my sister found a long piece of blonde long hair in her ice cream, 2 seconds later I took a bite out of my ice cream and found a short piece of blonde hair i was like aint no way! my hair is brown so it wouldn't be mine. i went back to the store and told the employee that there was hair in our ice creams and he remade our ice creams, I let it slide because I felt bad and I also got my nephew a mini ice cream the second time i went, once i got home not even 10 minutes being home my nephew comes in my room and tells me there's hair in his ice cream i got so upset because how does this happen again when i just went back because of the same reason! i went back to the store again and told him there's hair in my nephews ice cream and i wanted a refund because it's nasty and i don't want my nephew eating someone's hair with his ice cream. he tells me he cant do a refund and there's nothing he can do and can't give my money back and i told him even if there was hair in my ice cream and he still told me he can't do anything about it. then i asked if i can get corporates number because that is unacceptable at all and he told me he cannot give out his bosses number and there's no corporate number . Then i told him if i call the store another day will a manager answer and he told me his manager is never there . He gave me a card with 10% off my next purchase but i'm never going back there again i'm so upset and angry that i didn't get my money back when i found hair in my ice cream, my sisters and my nephew's! His name is logan and i'm gonna make sure this gets attention. Unacceptable at all bad customer service also. I wish i could put 0 stars and took a pic of the first time we found hair in our ice cream.

Baskin Robbins cakes taste great and they had this cute anime cake available. My daughter loves nezuko and she loved her birthday cake. As far as kids cakes go this is the place to go.

Baskin-Robbins off of Nordahl Rd., I see you!! I was so delighted and pleasantly surprised to discover this oreo ice cream cake flavored bit of fun the other day!! This Chainsaw Man themed anime cake is just perfect for fans like me!My friends and family and I are huge anime fans and I'm not sure how many businesses in my home area are aware of how popular anime characters are. The fandom for anime manga is always growing. It's so nice to find a place nearby, a little popular, classic chain ice cream shop, that is also updated with the changing interests of customers clientele!!It definitely felt like a real welcome treat seeing something familiar that always puts a smile on mine and family's faces. We will definitely be back for more if these type of custom made cakes!!

So. I Looooooveeee ice cream. And honestly BR is one of my fav spots. I came in and meet Miss Meianna *I know I misspelled that and I am SO SORRY*. She, and ppl like her, who go along with my shenanigans, are the reason I'm so spoiled. I had a weird request for my ice cream and she got it down, no problms, no mistakes. Complete understanding/comprehension. She is great with customers and she has a kind spirit. If I had my own business and needed a customer service or even hr asst position filled, I'd snatch her up outta there.... ‍
