Blind Boar - Cabo San Lucas

Came here on the evening of September 8th. I tried several cocktails. The drinks were good. The bartender/owner was friendly. I was the only person that night.

Was so surprised to find a legit-spicking oasis in the middle of most diving bars in Cabo. I have the Mate Martini, which was really delicious, well designed and perfectly balanced. My husband got the Mezcal Mule, which was also delicious the incubators made fresh in the house and it had a nice fresh ginger taste. I was so impressed that the bartender, besides the incubator, makes his own flavored syrups and bitters (seriously who makes her own incubator!? I think it really talks how much pride he takes with his craft. In any case, you strongly recommend checking this place when you are in Cabo!

Easily my favorite bar in Cabo. Offering great drinks and a fun atmosphere, and even a few board games, what's not to love about that!

Great drinks and great offers. 1 beer on Tuesday night. they make great original cocktails and all classics. try a mezcal mule with house made ingwer ale! sergio was a great bartender and made sure everyone had well taken and had a good time. good mix of tourist and local. highly recommended!

My man and I are cocktails and spirits enthusiasts and bloggers. we have traveled the world to cocktail competitions, bars and destilleries. as they can imagine, it's hard for us to find great bars. blind boar didn't disappoint. salvador took care of us and made a great job. they make some of their own infusions and bitter. it is so hard to find a good, ingwer, spicy ginger beer, but they make their own and it is perfect in a maultier. highly recommended for people looking for high quality drinks or education around mezcal or tequila.
