Simultaneously too Greasy and too Dry.Had the fish grilled battered and crumbed.Battered and crumbed are edible. Bit over cooked. Could be a better crumb, batter was a bit thin.The garlic butter grilled barra was absolutely cremated. And no butter sauce. So dry it was served in cardboard. Tough as leather.
