I regularly go to work on Twister , I was mostly satisfied. But I was surprised yesterday, the lady was sitting blowing her nose, obviously she had a cold/sick, she threw away her handkerchief and rinsed her fingers under water without soap for 2 seconds. I ask if she is serious, that she washed her hands hygienically, that she did, but she will catch it with tongs . As soon as she unwrapped the tortilla, she caught it... the next time she rolled it, she caught the whole thing, it was disgusting. I don 't want to see what she did before when she has such hygiene... not to mention that the meat was cold... I only ate meat and vegetables. I want to ask the owner to give hygiene training and the staff to use gloves/net/disinfection when preparing food.
