The website states that the drive-thru is open 24 hours.

When I went in to check on the delay after being told to... read more I thought Krystal was supposed to be a fast food restaurant, but I've been sitting here for 25 minutes. When I went in to check on the delay after being told to wait in my car, I was appalled. The employee was handling the Krystals bread without wearing gloves, which is unacceptable. He touched cash and cards at the register and then went back to handling the food. This experience was absolutely horrible!

The food tas... read more We ordered the double cheese and regular cheese Krystal combos through the drive-thru. The service was good, with a wait time of about 5-7 minutes. The food tasted really great. What stood out to us were the fries—they seemed different, and much better than we remember. These were easily the best fries in Byron. Thanks for the fantastic upgrade!

I recently stopped by for lunch during a... read more I've been coming to Krystal for many years whenever I have the opportunity since there isn't a location in my hometown. I recently stopped by for lunch during a trip, and the menu was just as delicious as I remembered. I particularly enjoyed the chili and Krystal burgers. However, the counter service didn't quite meet the usual standard I'm accustomed to, and, like elsewhere, the prices have increased.
