The food was awful and lacked any flavor. If I could have given it a negative rating, I would have. The appetizers and salads were bland with no seasoning. The ribs were overcooked and tasteless. The green beans appeared to be cooked in dirty water, giving off a brown, unappetizing juice. The French fries were cold. Our table was dark and dirty. The ribs were dry and the brisket wasn't cooked properly. The service was good. I dined in for lunch and the price per person was between $10 and $20. Overall, the food was rated a 2, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4.
The chicken salad at this restaurant is fantastic! I had it for lunch and dined in. The price per person is between $1-10 which is very affordable. The food was excellent, I would give it a 5 out of 5. The service was good but could be improved, I would rate it a 4. The atmosphere was decent, I would give it a 3. I highly recommend trying the chicken salad and also the mac and cheese.
I absolutely loved this charming, traditional restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I had a wonderful experience dining here for lunch. That’s the chicken breast that comes with the pick two for 14.99. Don’t expect a real chicken breast on the bone. Ridiculous
