Pastacup - BYFORD

Ordered spaghetti bolognese not cheap at $17.85 when it came to home, there was hardly bolognese no meat) it was more like pasta in a tomato sauce absolutely terrible

The food we received was very tasty. However, we also ordered a risotto and it was missing. I contacted Uber Eats to let them know. I also contacted Pasta Cup as we are a family of 5 and we were still hungry! The first person I spoke to was very rude and insisted the risotto was packed. I asked to speak to the manager who was also very rude and kept speaking over the top of me. He was “damn sure he prepared and packed the risotto”, therefore implying either I was lying or the Uber driver had stolen it! I asked for the risotto to be delivered to us tonight and he said no and hung up on me. Tasty food but we’re left hungry!

Ordered a large and received a small, taste fine but average service

It was a hit with my children.They also rectify the missing drink. Their driver was lovely as well.Thank you.

We have order pastacup a few times now at first it was good but last couple time have ordered the lasagna and it has come cold in the center. We have even left notes on the order please make sure lasagna is heated all the way through but still comes cold. Tonight we rang the byford pastacup and told them. All they could say was to just heat it up in the microwave (luckily we have one). We pay $17 for it I expect it to be cook and hot all the way through not have to finish it at our place
