Was Kathy K at Caffe Nero a mag?
My partner and I stopped for drinks. It was our first time visiting a Caffe Nero and we had a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and the establishment was clean and organized. The only downside was the condition of the restroom. View all feedback.
What Joanne L dislikes about Caffe Nero:
Called in Sunday Mother’s Day for a coffee , on first impression the cafe is dirty . Staff appearance wasn’t the best. Whilst there I used the toilet, no toilet paper and cleanlinesses to a poor standard. Told staff member on leaving her answer was ok. Won’t be back this is far the worse cafe Nero I have been to. I never normally go to cafe Nero unless we're very desperate. honestly it was very good today as there were tasty cakes and surprisingly good coffee.
The service was not good. The staff seemed more focused on talking to each other than attending to the customers. Tables outside were not cleaned up. I understand that it was a very hot day, but still, the service could have been better.
