Greenwich - Buttong

They sell the most delicious pizzas. Out of all the ones I tasted, this one is the best! However, they need more improvement in the service part. I'm not sure if they're short-staffed or what but the service is slow. Based on my latest experience, only 2-3 staffs are actively working besides the ones in the kitchen and I can observe that they struggle to meet every customer's needs. They have two cashiers but only use one and the other cashier lady is often away. There's only one staff at the front who is busy readying the food and taking them to the tables so he has a hard time keeping up with other customers. Perhaps the management should consider hiring more workers to keep the service in a good flow. Regardless, the food is great. The place is great. And despite some minor setbacks, the service is well. Sunday is busyday but only 1 counter is working. 2 cashiers are using same counter. And this is the first Greenwich I've ever seen that doesn't accept credit card. And the some customers are really selfish. They just take the chairs from other tables just to put their bags, wow maarte. They never feel shy but keep the chairs Service: Take out Meal type: Other

I ordered earlier through food Panda. Naghintay ako ng more than an hour pero di pa din dumating yung order ko. It shows na it will be delivered Anytime now . zNormally pag nag order ako, mabilis lang. I chatted food panda and they cannot track the order since it will be delivered by Greenwich own rider. The experience is just bad kase gabi na and close na pla sila pero for some reason they accepted my order. I cannot even cancel it.
