Zi Wei Yuan Steamboat - Butterworth

The shop has recently reopened back after closing down due to the pandemic. They allowed booking through calling/ WhatsApp, else expect to wait 1 hour during weekend/ holiday. To be honest, not sure if it is due to they just reopened back, the quality has dropped (compared to pre-pandemic time . They have quite a number of waiters/ waitresses, however we have to repeat several times to get all the ordered items. Hopefully, they will improve after the business stabilises. The price has also increased, but I think this is definitely inevitable as all raw materials cost has increased tremendously. Hope to have back the good old Zi Wei Yuan. :

Finally, fish head can eat steamboat closed after so long. the taste is still good as before and service also good. in any case come back!

So suppe was delicious, how natural sweet milk soup tastes tasty from flat fish, her plumen fried yam, which is cooked together for long hours. the first time here, but it's good to eat.

Every time before I eat a steamboat menu, I'm always excited as it's a meal to share joy and also a meal where I'll cook my own. this round we go to an authentic steamboat place that runs on charcoal and has only one kind of suppen base (fish head noodle soup) that is so interesting. if they've been following my reviews, I'm trying a new steamboat place almost every week. now as an opener for this evaluation. this restaurant is one of my 2020 best steamboats. After the personal fires the completely authentic steam ship (see pictures), they put a tailored ventilator that is in the position to control how fast or slow they cook the suppe (that is cool.) I quickly threw some ingredients into the pot like fishball, meat and their signature fish head....and waited anxiously for my first bit. because the suppenbase is an excellent combination with the ingredients I put earlier. 5 for the fishhead. it must be an attempt here. is really good with her special chili sauce. also try a bowl of fish head noodles. also had a conversation with the nice owner who had 18 years experience running with this steamboat.. what was kind of amazing. zi wei yuan was recommended by many natives when I asked for a nice steamboat restaurant and almost all recommended this place that is actually not dissapoint. to be there for an hour. I can feel and see happy faces around eating and just chatting chit, which is actually the whole idea to go for a steamboat eating first place. when they get up for a wonderful meeting with friends and family, check this steamboat resraurant. enter this review as well. thank you.

Food is good with good location but parking space is not good. Food variety should be increased.
