So terrible system! Always didn't update member information, if forget to bring member card also cannot trace it! What's going on? Register member you know to get fees from customer, then when customer bought something, your system can't trace information and totally no discount! Buuu bad service! Please be flexible! Friendly staff, Best place for a teatime. Would come here again. But service is abit slow as not enough staff
