The entrance junction to this Starbucks can be easily missed if you are not from here. Doesn't look like a main entrance. And now there's a crossover bridge to the Starbucks, can be a little jam when there are a few cars at the junction. Starbucks here can be a little busy, is a drive thru outlet. Is a two floors outlet. Parking are very spacious. Majority of the batista here are friendly. View all feedback.

a bit disappointed when i order something else the staff kept on wanting add something else even i dont want. i know you guys want customer to pay more but we dont want buy drink that we dont like. please advice staff to follow what customers order instead of adding something else. but when i request for extra whipped cream you guys charge me but no extra whipped cream. This place is very cozy and inviting. I will definitely be back often. Thanks to the friendly staff!
Starbucks never disappoints, as usual. I finally found the merchandise I've been looking for for a while.
The ambiance is pleasant. The only drawback is that, like all Starbucks, it is too expensive.
Not many customers, the seats are quite comfortable. but the customers next to me talked too loudly, the whole level could hear them very clearly, I left there after 5 mins.
It's really scary how the staff proceed their own style of purchase without notify the client. Spend 35 just to get the card, but then the staff just make the payment with 1pcs of rm30 card and then swipe 2nd payment for the drinks instead. All outlet had no issue for giving a card after fullfill the minimum spend, only this outlet do. This is the 2nd time for such bad experience, the spec girl.
