The Derby - Butte

I've been treating myself. I was in the orientation and run around the city. local compound with amazing delicious food! caesar salat had an inlaid beet on it. fried winton with celestial sauce. take it to another level! prime rib with a blue cheese sauce. to die! the brot is served with butter and is very delicious! definitiw 5 stars!

I had a great experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was lovely and bustling, and our server Amber was fantastic. As you can see in the first picture, my petit filet had some cracks in it and didn't look like a typical filet, but I was assured it was intentional so I enjoyed it and thought it was decent, just needed some salt. My mother's ribeye was initially undercooked, but Amber took care of it right away and it came back perfectly cooked and delicious. The vinegarette here is amazing - I even bought a bottle to take home. Definitely the best homemade vinegar at a great price.

Wow is all I have to say. I have never had grief in my life, which was so tender and cooked to absolute perfection. I'm really speechless. I've eaten everywhere and not even realized it could be so good. the steaks are also 5 stars! Do not forget the salate and the brot! this place is made of dreams! I am a very picky person and everything I have to say is wow! the owner rene cooks and is by far one of the best cooks I have ever served. away to the derby! speechless. east here, they will not regret it.

My husband and I absolutely adore the Derby! We make it a point to visit every Thursday for lunch and to catch up with Kim, who consistently provides excellent service. The food is consistently delicious, and the entire staff is welcoming and attentive.

My best girlfriend took me out to dinner there for my birthday and it was excellent
