La Quinta Inn Suites By Wyndham Butte

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. our room overlooked the local ball fields, so not other buildings. very centrally located in food, gas and food shops. easier access to i90.

Our check-in was fast and our hired moses was very friendly and helpful. they benefit from restaurants, went to the sparkys garage and eating was fantastic. the room was very clean (sheets, towels, floor coverings). all lights, refrigerators, clock etc. the whirlpool was nice, had a shower placed right next to and towels provided. the breakfast was standard (waffels, cheese omelet, ham, yogurt, bagels, muffins, beakers, coffee, tee, hot chocolate and hot applesain packages, hot sauce package. there was a participant who observed that the food containers were full. the reason for the detail is that there were some negative reviews that we wanted to give our positive, as we did not find anything to validate the negative. we were skeptical because we were staying for them, but thought it would try anyway. will we have stayed back?

The room was a good price and was clean. but the comfort we had in the first night had a blood stain. no EV charging available here.

They were okay. the room is quite small and unique. the first room was dirty (permanent towels, müll in doses, betten messy), the second room had been cleaned, but they missed the toilet. I had to clean dried urine from the seat. It's nice that we were there for one night, but good enough sleep.

Tried to check in with my reservation information but was told I “only the person who made the reservation could check in”. So I asked if I could just make my own reservation to get into the room and just not use the other reservation since my wife is a nurse and I wasn’t going to sit in the car with three kids until she got off work because she made the reservation. After running my card he said “well you could go get her ID and check into the other reservation with the better rate.” Good to know ahead of time. So I asked to cancel my reservation and he refused until I had the other ID…… I went and got the ID and checked in and was assured my reservation was canceled. Well they charged it anyway, I’ve called 3 times and have been told “it takes ten days” “we didn’t charge it” and “you can’t pay for rooms on a booking website so you’re lying”. Now I have to dispute it with the bank. A continuous joke by this staff.
