animated night tonight - goosetown tourney and the volksfest - and the staff was on the spot. we arrived around 19 o'clock, waited only approx. 10 minutes on a table and got our drinks ordered and delivered in another 5. eating was tasty when not as hot as we hoped, but the entire staff worked at 110% to serve all guests and take care of the dining areas (its own tables, etc). very impressed by this crew! many thanks... I ordered the $40 wings and fries pack to go. If you like overcooked and dry wings drenched in sauce with a ridiculous amount of salt, then this is your place. Not poor enough to call and complain, but poor enough to shove this franchise to the bottom of my list next time we get takeout. View all feedback.
Great take out service the gentleman at the take out counter actually took his time to make sure my order was correct and to my liking. Not often you find people who actually care about customer satisfaction. GREAT JOB GUYS!!
Every time we go there's awesome waitresses, food comes out fast, drinks are good
Our order was made last week, but the manager took care of us this week. the wings were really good and I am happy to order again. I love the Asian zing sauce!
Young, does the personal here hurt! we were twice over the weekend there; the place was super busy, but the server and barkeeper did a great task to maintain. special cudos to the bar manager who helped everywhere. I wish I remembered her name because she was fantastic!
It was a fun visit, all of the staff were upbeat and friendly. Our waiter was really good and made great suggestions. The food wasn't the best Ive had at buffalo wild wings but I'll order something other than wings next time.
