First time for dinner here and did not disappoint. The entree of spicy meatballs was fantastic and could even have been a main so suggest a share as was accompanied by 2 pieces of garlic bread. The main pastas were plenty, ravioli and cannelloni, both were full of taste.Very reasonably priced along with the drinks menu so would recommend this to locals. The only downside is the over attentive young waitstaff who wanted... What Margaretta Wunsch doesn't like about Cafe De Carlo:
* The food was delicious as always, but the portions seemed smaller this time.
Overall, it was a decent experience, but I think there is room for improvement in terms of service and portion sizes.
I have visited Carlos multiple time and am very rarely disappointed. The staff are always friendly and Carlo will usually come out and greet he's guests. The foods is always beautiful with generous servings. The pastas are fantastic, especially the carbonara, marinara or homemade gnocchi. The steaks are also very nice but usually cooked a little over what id normally expect, so if your after medium rare, order as rare. I will always go back there. Great work Carlo for making it our little piece of Italy in the suburbs of Perth
I had breakfast at this nice little cafe with the family. The food was great and so was the service. The staff are really friendly. My relatives go there regularly and now I know why

Love going to Carlos, he is very friendly and always takes care of my special needs, i go with friends and by myself, it is a place where i can sit and never feel rushed
Firstly the address states it's in wanneroo which it isn't it's in butler/jindalee area. Stopped off here on the way home for a late lunch. Friendly, licensed cafe. I had the ravioli which was yummy, couldn't eat it all, lots on the plate, my partner had the special pork ribs in a beautiful sauce. The meatiest ribs he's ever had. Was pleasantly surprised. Pricing is mid range but servings very generous.
