Got charged double cashier had no clue what she was doing caught her making other mistakes and short changing another

Wendy’s use to be my favorite but it is just pathetic anymore. They constantly get my order wrong online and in person ordering. Twice this week I stopped for the new orange frosty and both times told they don’t have it yet they advertise it. Order on the app and they either try to give me someone else’s order or just forget something in my order. Get it together.

Let me start by saying, I LOVE wendy's! But how do you serve a bowl of chili at the drive thru and NOT give a spoon???Am I supposed to drink it? ??
