The food is delicious, and it's a... read more The Goose is a beloved institution in Busselton, and it's an essential stop on any trip to the southwest of Western Australia. The food is delicious, and it's a fantastic spot to enjoy a wine or cocktail. The view is stunning, and the atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed. I also really love their coffee; I haven't found anything comparable in Busselton, Perth, or Melbourne. Just a heads up: it gets quite busy during events like the Busselton Jetty Swim, the Christmas/New Year period, and the Ironman competition.

The portion of potatoes was excellent and quite generous, so I ended up sharing some with my wife. While the lunch and dinner menu could use a few more choices, the dishes they do serve are beautifully prepared. I would definitely return.

The swordfish dish was excellent, and all our other dishes went really well. The children's menu was also great, the nuggets were not too broken in contrast to other places we were.
